KEW Realty was a proud Presenting Sponsor of the 2010 Spirit of Sailing Gala. The event was hosted by Community Sailing of Colorado, a non-profit orgazization which promotes youth sailing in Colorado. KEW CEO, David Spira co-chaired the event with Michael Dannecker. KEW is excited to welcome our newest member, Niki Pierson, Administrative Assistant. Niki recently moved to Colorado from Montana and enjoys spending time with her 6 year old daughter as well as participating in the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. Prior to joining KEW, Niki worked in the residential real estate business for the past 6 years, and is excited to continue in that career path.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month. KEW CEO, David Spira, matches the donations of KEW employees and tenants of KEW Properties. Tenants and employees donated money on Lee National Denim Day, October 3rd, in an effort to promote breast cancer awareness and fund treatment research. KEW raised over $1,000, all donations went to the Women’s Cancer Programs of the Entertainment Industry Foundation. |

KEW has leased 35,000 SF to professional driver training company, Center for Transportation Safety (CTS). CTS will relocate from another KEW property to Phase.4 at Park Industrial Center's new 70,000 SF building located at 5700 E. 56th Ave. in Commerce City. 35,000 SF remain available for lease. |
