KEW Realty Corporation announced the completion of a light-emitting diode (LED) parking lot lighting retrofit at Solaire Shoppes in Westminster. KEW has upgraded the parking area lights, as well as wall packs, soffit, sconce, signage and accent lighting to LED and other energy efficient technology. The LED technology, which will replace the old conventional high pressure sodium and metal halide systems throughout the center, will save energy, reduce maintenance costs and improve environmental sustainability. Renovation underway at Solaire Shoppes in Westminster! Building Permits have been received and the "Green Team" has begun to transform the 110,000 SF neighborhood retail center. In additional to many eco-friendly design elements, this extensive renovation will also feature a new façade with stone work, stucco and new paint colors, decorative lighting, a new monument and signage, enhanced visibility and street appeal, improved ADA access, bike racks, LED light retro-fit and an inviting pedestrian-friendly entrance. |

KEW announces a new partnership with Miller Farms. The local Colorado family-owned farm will host a weekly Farmers' Market at the renovated Solaire Shoppes in Westminster, CO. The Millers and other local companies will be there all summer long offering community members fresh produce and other unique food and artisan goods.

The event was hosted by Community Sailing of Colorado, a non-profit organization which promotes youth sailing in Colorado. KEW CEO, David Spira co-chaired the event with Michael Dannecker.
