DAVID SPIRA has served as KEW Realty Corporation’s owner, chief executive officer and chairman of the board since January 2001. David has presided over the acquisition and management of the company’s Colorado properties since 1985, involved in acquiring, building, renovating, repositioning and managing more than 1 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space.

He serves on the Rocky Mountain board of directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is an avid sailor, winning the Buccaneer 18 North American championship in 2001. David earned a B.A. from Oberlin College in communications and fine art.

ANITA YOUNGBLUT joined KEW Realty Corporation in May 2007 and was promoted to CFO in March 2008.  Anita has 25 years of accounting and finance experience including 13 years at CoBank and 4 years at national public accounting firms.

Anita is a CPA having earned a B.A. in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
